Safety
At Riversplat Paintball we take safety very seriously. The last thing we want to see happen is someone has their day ruined due to an injury that should have never happened. Because we are so devoted to your safety we require every player beginner, intermediate, or expert to follow a simple set of rules for all open play and private groups.
The rules for play are as follows:
GOGGLES - to be worn at all times on the field and on the way to and from the field
· Under NO circumstances to be lifted on the field
· 1st Offence: Ref will yell to put back on
· 2nd Offence: Sit out a game
· 3rd Offence: Out for the day, no refund
BARREL PLUGS/SLEEVES - Barrel sleeves or plugs must be used when not in play and off the field
PAINT – All paint must be purchased at the faciltiy – We are a field paint only park.
CHRONOGRAPH
· All markers 285 or below. No ramping, semi-automatic only
· All markers will be checked before being allowed to play, especially privately owned markers
· If the Ref see’s/hear’s a gun shooting faster you will be required to rechrono before you will be allowed to play again
· As it heats/cools during day you should check the gun, outside temp can greatly affect the velocity of the gun
TEAMS/GAMES
· Your team or Ref will decide teams. We have arm bands.
· Elimination – play until all players from one team eliminated, 15 min
· Center Flag – Capture the flag with flag @ center of field, if shot drop flag
· Capture The Flag – Take opposing team flag to your home base, 15 min
ELIMINATIONS
· You are eliminated when PB breaks on you or your equipment
· If it doesn’t break you’re not out, Call yourself out and you’re out
· Not sure call for a paint check, If you do it often I will be slower to check
· Place gun over your head, then move off the field
SURRENDER/BUNKERING
· If you are within 15 feet of an opponent you MUST ask them to surrender. If they say no or start shooting, then it is fair to shoot them
· Bunkering is NOT allowed under any circumstances!!! Bunkering is shooting a player with in 5 feet
BLIND SHOOTING
· Not Allowed
· DO NOT shoot through the spools holes
TRASH – Do not litter
· We strive to run a clean facility, if you have trash make sure you throw it away, trash cans are provided for this purpose
Personal Property - Security
· WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR LOST OR STOLEN ITEMS, Lockers are available in the pro-shop for rental
Other
· At Riversplat we strongly discourage swearing. The reason for this is because we try to run a family atmosphere. Not following this rule results in the following:
· 1st – Warning
· 2nd –Sit out
· 3rd – Out of Park No refund
· Also, playing with out a ref not allowed, if you are caught playing with out a ref you will be asked to leave
· No shooting at bunkers when not playing
Referees on the field enforce safety and game rules. No physical contact is permitted in the game, and players are ejected from games or the play site for breaking safety or playing rules. Fields have boundaries, and a player who steps outside a field's boundary is eliminated from that game.
All players must read and agree to follow all player safety rules, field safety guidelines, and sign the waiver of liability and hold harmless agreement prior to participating in any paintball activities without exception. Any violation of the safety rules will result in mandatory ejection from the field and/or premises.
St. Louis paintball at RiverSplat is Field Paint ONLY . NON-Field Paint WILL be emptied onto the ground with NO refund.
Last Sunday of each month is BYOP days. RiverSplat reserves the right to BAN certain brands of paint during BYOP Sunday (i.e.: Pink paint, Monster Balls/Impact paint are never permitted at RiverSplat).
Barrel covers are mandatory at RiverSplat. Minimum age to play is 8. Park prices are subject to change without notice.
